We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your project, simply contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable because they involve third-party costs or are delivered immediately:

  • Domain Registrations: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded as it's purchased through a third-party registrar.
  • Hosting Fees: Hosting services are provided by third-party providers and are non-refundable once activated.
  • SSL Certificates: These are purchased through third-party providers and are non-refundable once issued.
  • Third-Party Software Licenses: Any licenses purchased on your behalf (themes, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Ad Spend: Money spent on Google Ads or Social Media Ads is paid directly to the platforms and cannot be refunded once spent.
  • Completed Work: If work has been completed and delivered beyond the revision stage, refunds may be prorated based on work completed.

4. How Refunds Work

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@technemadigitals.com within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Provide your name, project details, and reason for the refund request
  3. We'll confirm your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Work has been partially completed and delivered
  • Non-refundable third-party costs have been incurred
  • You've received and approved deliverables before requesting a refund

The amount refunded will be the project cost minus the value of work completed and any non-refundable third-party costs.

6. Subscription Services

For monthly services such as:

  • Website Maintenance Plans
  • SEO Monthly Retainers
  • Social Media Management
  • Google Ads Management

You may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current month are not provided, but you will not be charged for future months. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month only.

7. Project-Based Services

For fixed-price projects (websites, logos, branding, etc.):

  • Before work begins: Full refund available
  • During design phase: Refund minus 25% for work completed
  • During development phase: Refund minus 50% for work completed
  • After approval and delivery: No refund (work is considered complete)

The 30-day money-back guarantee covers you for the initial period, but we encourage open communication if you're unhappy at any stage so we can address concerns before they become problems.
