Our main office is in Yellowknife, Canada, but most of our clients are elsewhere. We work remotely with small businesses across the United States and Canada, and we also have a branch office in Karachi, Pakistan.
We follow four phases. Discovery and strategy, where we learn your business and set goals, design and development, where we build the actual site or campaign, launch and training, where we hand things over and show you how to use them, then ongoing growth and optimization based on real performance data.
No hidden fees. We offer fixed price packages for defined work like a new website, plus monthly retained plans for ongoing services like SEO or ad management. You'll see the full price before any work starts, and if something outside the original scope comes up, we tell you the cost before doing it.
The monthly plan spreads your payment across 12 months, which helps with cash flow early on. The one-time plan is a single upfront payment for the same package and typically costs less overall.
Most projects take one to two weeks, depending on how complex the site is and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. Larger builds with e-commerce or custom features can take longer, and we give you a specific timeline before starting, not a vague estimate.
Yes, completely. Every line of code, your domain, your CMS login and every design asset we create belongs to you. You're never locked into us just to keep your own website running.
Yes. Our maintenance plans cover security updates, backups, uptime and performance monitoring, and small content updates, so your site keeps running well long after we hand it over.
Both. A large share of our work is redesigning, migrating and speeding up existing websites that were built by another agency or a DIY builder, not just building from scratch.
It depends on your needs. We build custom coded sites for full control and speed, WordPress sites when you want an easy self-edit CMS, and Shopify or WooCommerce stores for e-commerce. We'll recommend the right platform after understanding what you actually need it to do.
